Coaster Fine Furniture Darie Left-Side Chaise Sectional Sofa in Black - Modern Living Room Seating for Home & Office

I really like this sectional. It looks upscale and is comfy. I would say that the price is right for this sofa although I hadn't bought a couch in some time before purchasing this one. My only complaint, like others have said, is the shipping. Part of the problem was my fault but not really. I initially had this shipping to the apartment I just moved out of but I realized that right after it shipped. You don't get any tracking info so I had to contact Amazon about changing the address. I was able to contact someone from the store after they sent me an email and told the guy my phone number and the correct address it was supposed to be shipped to and was given a Monday ETA. I was also told that I would receive a phone call a day before to set up a delivery time. Monday came and went so I called the shipping company on Wednesday. The guy told me that the sofa arrived on Monday at their warehouse but I wasn't contacted because they did not have a phone number to reach me at. WHAT?!? He then gave me the ship to location and it was the old address so I had to give this guy the new address again. I was then told that a dispatcher would call me in a hour or so to set up a delivery time. They did not call me. But since I couldn't have it delivered til Friday, I didn't mind too much. They finally called me the next afternoon and I set up the delivery for the next day. So the delivery guy gives me a call and tells me he'll be around in a hour. He then verified the address to where it's to be delivered and guess what, he still had the old address. He was going to go to the wrong apartment after all of that. Luckily I only moved a few miles away but it just would've been more of a pain if he ended up going there.
