Love the chairs! they are so well built and will last so long! I have had 2 for about 3 yearsI read some of the reviews regarding weight, assembly etc and have learned to read "thru" Amazon reviews to figure out whether a purchase is worth the money. This is a quality chair - no other way to state it ! The wife and I assembled the 1st chair in 20 minutes and the 2nd chair in less time. Assembly consists of inserting 6 bolts with washers-nuts and 2 screws in the appropriate holes using easy to follow directions. Once assembled the chair is substantial but not too heavy to lift for this 70 y.o. male. It's weight is a measure of how sturdy and well-made it is. The chair is also easy to fold in that the only folding motion is the chair back pivoting on 2 movable supports to form a flat chair with a indentation in a section that forms a carrying "handle". Most importantly, it is large enough to feel that you are not squeezed in and it is comfortable.I have purchased, so far,, 10 chairs from, ResinTEAK. All were presents for my daughters. After the first chairs were received, more requests were made. I have purchased 6 with the pull out ottoman and 4 folding. Also the folding table, all in gray. Do not hesitate to purchase these products. They are comfortable, built to last and worth every penny. Just get them while you can. One daughter wants another table, and I must wait until it is made in gray again.I like these chairs a lot, but please be aware they do not fold easily- and they are quite heavy so for older people they are not the easiest to fold up or move around. We like them a lot- they will last for years and are very sturdy.Good looking chairs, comfortable. Being foldable is helpful in Minnesota, allowing us to store them in the garage. Assembly is slightly tricky and is best to have two people. The first chair took about 45 minutes, but the rest (4 total) took about 20 minutes each.We received one chair the wrong color, but the company sent us the right color immediately with no request to return the "wrong" chair.I ordered two of these chairs prior to Christmas and they are the same as the picture shows. I ordered two more after Christmas, they arrived yesterday, and they are not the same design as what is shown on Amazon. The design is different, and not as tight and sturdy as the first two I ordered. The person I ordered for chose to keep them, I would have sent them back.The chairs look sharp, easily fold and are heavy enough they won’t blow away. They ate super comfortable and the grey color we got isn’t too hot under the heat of the sun. We just ordered two more!Purchased 4 of these Adirondack chairs. Assembly was pretty straightforward…the first one took 30 minutes and the 4th one took 12!(learning curve!) Solid construction, heavy(so no concerns about the wind) and very comfortable.
