I spent months trying to find the best kitchen island for my new open kitchen until I finally settled on this one. I am glad I did. Its just the right size, and the granite top really makes it look more expensive than it is.It took me and my partner less than 1 hr to assemble both the cart and the two stools, and the directions were clear and easy to follow and everything was there. Much easier than I was expecting.Minus one star for the leather on one of the stools being discolored. Since I store the stools under the island I really didnt care enough to request a replacement, so I dont know how difficult that process would be.I thought about exchanging this for one with the stainless steel top, and it was going to cost $90 to return it! It wasnt worth the money or effort so I just kept the granite. I had tried to change my order prior to shipping, but since they process orders so quickly for 2-day shipping they wouldn't let me cancel my order 5 hours later.Just make sure you are buying what you want so you aren't stuck with the return shipping costs! These come in a variety of different styles but you have to search each style and color separately in order to find the listings. I wish I would have figured that out prior to ordering!
