Negatives first: the "assembly directions" were horrible. Few words, just pics, which would have been fine, but all the pics were wrong. All the diagrams of the letters of all the parts, were wrong. The only way we could figure out how to put it together, was to print out the pictures that showed all the measurements of each piece. It literally took 4, rather handy and intelligent individuals, over 4 hours to assemble it. Only other downside, is the cushions are NOT waterproof, only water resistant. I did not catch that, as I figured outdoor furniture would be waterproof.On the POSITIVE: the cushions are EXTREMELY comfortable, nice and firm, thick. The wicker portions seem to be well made, I hope the set holds up. Also, very nice that you have the flexibility to rearrange it in many ways, very adaptable.Love the color, size and versatility to shape it how I want. It came in 3 big boxes. Each box came with instructions. 2 the same 1 different. Was easy to figure out though. Was disappointed when nearing the end of assembly, was missing a bunch of lock nuts. Overall it is a very nice couch.We are absolutely in love with this item, it matches our living Area in the backyard just perfectly. We had a couple items missing as far as screws, but the seller was more than happy to ship those out almost immediately, and two days later we had our sit together. Highly recommend it!This product exceeded my expectation in its quality. I'm impressed with the sturdiness and how easy it was to put together. I had my 17 year old put some of it together and she did it easily. It's easy to move about as well. My only holdback on giving 5 stars is how they clip together.....they do not stay together as a unit when moving about. I also bought other pieces to complement the set.This looks great in our backyard!! We really like it. The entire set came in three different boxes, and we got one box one day and then the other two came on another day. During that time I did reach out to the seller, and they were very prompt in responding. It was a pain in the butt to assemble, but overall we felt it was a great purchase!I love this set up. I think it looks great. It looks great in my backyard. I have it set up on my travertine deck under a covered patio next to my pool spa and fire pit. It looks gorgeous. It is very comfortable and sturdy. If there is one complaint, assembling them is a pain but it is well worth it in the end.Super cute love the versatility buuut super hard to put together and the instructions were very difficult to comprehendThe cushions are pretty thin, more like three inches thick. Took a while to put together, everything needs an Allen wrench and is time-consuming. Bottom pieces are plastic, not metal, not sure how they are going to hold up. SIts really low to the ground. Says legs are adjustable, but not by much.
